Rental and Vacant Properties

Effective November 1, 2016 the City of Palos Heights approved Rental Property Ordinance O-28-16 and Vacant Property Ordinance O-29-16. All rental and vacant properties must be registered with the City and renewed annually. For questions or concerns please contact the Building Department at (708) 361-1804.

Registration Requirements

• Complete and submit the City's Rental and Vacant Property Application
• Pay applicable fee: Rental Property $100, Vacant Property $175
• Submit a Plat of Survey of the property
